Who we are

King's Daughters of Excellence NPC ("KDE", "we", "us") is a Christian women's ministry based in South Africa. This policy covers the website at www.kingsdaughters.co.za only.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us directly through the forms on this site. We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics software on this site at this time.

Contact form (Contact page): first name, last name, email address, the topic you select, and the message you write.
Event RSVP (Events page): full name, email address, phone number, and the number of tickets you're registering.

If you RSVP for a paid event, the confirmation you receive includes our ministry's banking details so you can make payment by EFT. We do not collect or store card numbers or banking details belonging to you.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry or prayer request.
To confirm your registration for an event and send you the relevant details.
To let our team follow up about an event you've registered for, such as payment confirmation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. It is only seen by authorized KDE staff who help run the ministry and its events.

How it's stored

Submissions are stored in our website's database, hosted by our website platform provider, and are only accessible to KDE staff who sign in to our administration dashboard. We do not have a fixed automatic deletion schedule in place today; if you would like your information removed, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use cookies for advertising or analytics, and does not run any third-party tracking scripts. If that changes in the future (for example, if we add visitor analytics), we will update this policy and add a cookie notice at that time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details below.
